You may be familiar with Huehuetenango, one of the 8 coffee growing regions in Guatemala. The 1400 member growers of Asociación Barillense de Agricultores are isolated in the rugged terrain of Santa Cruz Barillas. This is a cultural oasis of indigenous heritage where 80 communities participate in organic, fair trade and bird friendly growing and processing practices that are second to none.

The result is a juicy coffee with malic acidity like cherries and apples, and plenty of milk chocolate and caramel. Another session-able coffee you can enjoy all day.
